We will be hosting a matcha tasting with fresh stone milled matcha. In this matcha tasting, we will be trying tencha (the tea leaves prior to it becoming matcha), fresh stone milled matcha (as Usucha), and a matcha affogato.
Attendees will also learn about the steps to producing matcha, including the importance of selecting high-quality leaves and the proper techniques for whisking and serving.
