Shintō Blended Cultivar

This matcha comes from a blend of two cultivars, Yabukita and Saemidori. This is our most affordable matcha and is also first harvest. It upholds a nice green color and is delicious in lattes and desserts, with a moderate astrigency. This is the most popular amongst shops.
