Tenshi Blended Cultivar

This matcha comes from a blend of three cultivars, Okumidori, Saemidori, and Yabukita. This is one of our affordable matcha options and is also first harvest. It carries a great umami flavor. It upholds a nice green color and is delicious in lattes and desserts, with a moderate to low astrigency. This is one of our newer options for wholesale.
